For the past Christmas, hubby and I have been giving my mother-in-law a gift basket as gift. It is an ideal gift especially if you’re clueless what the person likes. Everybody definitely enjoys receiving an assortment of food and sweets in a basket. For those who are conscious about what they eat though (because of health reasons), one can opt to buy fruit baskets instead. One can never go wrong in giving fruits.

I chatted with my sister yesterday and she told me that they already bought gifts for my dad’s brother. And since my uncle’s family have health problems, they are advised to stay away from sweet and salty food. No chocolates, cookies and cakes for them! What my sister bought for them were fruits! An excellent choice for them.

So if you don’t know what to give your friends, just pile up a bunch of their favorite food items and place in a basket. Tie a ribbon in the handle and you’re done!

Happy holidays everyone!

Today my little girl was asking for banana. Unfortunately, we don’t have it. Instead, I gave her apple which we have plenty of supply in the ref. Apples have many health benefits for the body which includes bone protection, cancer prevention and detox. For those trying to detoxify themselves with dr. natura colonix, they can incorporate apples in their diet too. Aside from its natural wonders, they can gain its other healthy benefits. There’s truth to that saying “An apple a day, keeps the doctor away.”

I am glad my little girl likes apple and didn’t complain when I gave it to her. But we’re down to our last apple and we’ll need to replenish our supply.
