Condo repair and renovation
By carmel | October 6, 2015
It’s already October and we’re still here in Paranaque, doing some much-needed repairs and minor renovation of my siblings’ condo units in Amvel City. We’re already done with the full length mirror installation in the dining area of my bro’s unit, and what a relief to have one task ticked off our to-do list.
We also upgraded his small TV to a flat screen 40” Samsung LED Smart TV and bought a TV rack with adjustable mount from Sigma Furniture. The TV rack is durable and stylish, though a bit costly, it is made of tempered glass and steel. I chose it instead of having the TV wall-mounted to save time and labor expenses (drilling job, appointment with the laborers, etc.).
My bro’s unit looks better now; the dining area is wider because of the full length mirror. The kitchen still needs some upgrade on the storage cabinets for dishes and utensils though. Maybe next time, it will have some very nice pull-out kitchen cabinets I’ve seen at ovisonline.com, very apt for organizing cookware, spices, pantry supplies and other kitchen essentials.
Some minor tasks are still unfinished, and maybe we can delegate some to our leasing manager, but we are already planning our trip back home. Huhuhu… it’s been such a looong time being holed up here. Anyway, everything has a purpose, and we will be home soon. 🙂
