Missing my guitar sessions
By carmel | January 25, 2013
These days, either my time is spent working or catching up on much-needed rest. Sigh. If I could just have the time for more relaxation, doing the things I love, just like playing my guitar. It’s not with me though; it’s currently being used for one of our community’s prayer chapters in another municipality. I decided to have it used for some better purpose than just sitting here at home gathering dust. How sad, isn’t it?
If only time can slow down a bit so I can catch up with my guitar playing, then maybe I can even add a new one. A baritone guitar, perhaps? Actually, I just want to have a new acoustic guitar. Then, maybe I can enrol for advanced guitar lessons. Sound easy but it also needs not just discipline but energy though, and to think I’m still recuperating from about three days of being physically down.
I hope my wishful thinking won’t end up as it is. I wonder, do you also have some favorite hobbies you miss doing for lack of time, or energy?
