    on sleep and body figure…

    I slept early last night coz I was soooo tired from the other day’s malling with friends. I was surprised when I woke up, it was already past 3am. I can’t believe I slept that long without interruption. hehehe Don’t wonder why I’m surprised. I have a baby boy to feed, so my sleep always gets interrupted. After feeding him, I was lying in bed unable to get back to sleep. :( So sad. Two hours after, baby woke up and it was feeding time again. It was only later that I fell back to sleep.

    I’m trying to get enough sleep and rest lately and also eating healthy diet. I have a goal which is to flatten my tummy like it was before I had my first child. Others have tried apidexin, but I am already satisfied with my weight. It’s just my bulging belly that I want to work on. Hopefully even with lack of sleep, but with proper diet, I’ll still reach my goal. Good luck to me!
