You probably have friends or loved ones who are into drugs. This addiction is hard to fight. There are many drug rehab programs that offers help in treating drug addicts, but I guess the biggest factor in combating this problem is the personal interest of the victim to get sober rather than the program itself.
You can help victims of drug abuse by referring them to institutions that provides drug treatment, prevention and recovery services. They all need the help and support they can get from their loved ones and also from the community.
