staying connected

It’s funny how enslaved we can be to technology. One time when we were in an island for a short vacation, there was a dead spot where our phones didn’t get any signal. We were complaining and whining how the resort should have provided a cell signal booster so their guests wouldn’t have the inconvenience of being cut off with communication. Luckily, when we ventured to some hilly part of the resort, we were able to get our phone signal back and we were just so happy to get connected with our friends again.
