i want to be a flipper!

This is the first time I came accross the term real estate flipping. According to GMAC real estate site it means “the practice of acquiring property and reselling it in less than 12 months“. It sounds pretty interesting and a good investment scheme. Buying less and selling high at such a short period. If I have plenty of money, I would like to invest on real estate flipping myself. Flippers as the people involved in this industry are called are said to have acquired profits of thousands of dollars in a matter of days. Sounds good, right?
